1. Language Selection
You can obtain Windows in the language of your choice and choose e.g. a qwerty keyboard.
2. Performance
The performance of our components with the same characteristics, such as processor speed, internal memory, disk capacity, is considerably higher. All components are selected carefully by Softinno based on quality, not on lowest price:
1. Intel Motherboard with Intel Chipset and accompanying Intel processor are adjusted to each other and therefore bring about better performance.
2. Hard disks with a speed of 7200 rpm and maximum memory cache also bring about higher performance.
3. Pre-installation and accompanying optimization are carried out by Softinno
2. Guarantee
The key components (which are: processor, motherboard, hard disk, internal memory and monitor) – which constitute a large part of the cost (+- 80%) - come with a three year guarantee. All remaining new components come with a two year guarantee.
3. Service after sales
As an Intel Associate Member we can make an appeal to the Intel “Advanced replacement” program: this involves the possibility of ordering a spare part the same day, and a delivery within 48 hours. We will send back the faulty piece of equipment within 2 weeks. This also applies when this component is no longer produced.
We can make an appeal to the replacement program of Philips as well (who act within short periods of time).
All remaining components are permanently in stock and can be used immediately to carry out repairs.
Softinno has the advantage of making its own decisions concerning its own assembled PC-systems and acts independent of a large manufacturer. The manufacturer will ask - after admission, which is not always easy to obtain - to send him the system or the faulty piece of equipment, followed by an indefinite waiting period.
The advantage of making our own decisions brings about increased flexibility and faster treatment and execution.
The use of quality components increases the quality of repair.
4. Guaranteeing your investment – Duration of your investment
A Softinno assembled PC system is an OPEN (standardized) system. After the guarantee expires, a replacement is available for almost every component.
Extensions, additions and/or replacements of the working memory, disk capacity, graphic card, … are easier realizable and cheaper than PCs of renowned manufacturers.
The careful selection of components – concerning Intel Motherboard with Intel Chipset and accompanying Intel processor - implies the availability of the latest drivers to meet the newest and future technological developments.
Better performance and quality of the components guarantee a longer life and therefore a better investment.
5. Security system and pre-configuration
In addition to the classical installation and configuration of the operating system, the drivers of components and possible peripheral equipment, Softinno installs extra free security software plug-ins for free. These plug-ins protect your computer from current well-known forms of infections. PowerArchiver, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Java-software and all useful updates of the operating system and accompanying drivers are also installed for free. An indispensable anti-virus package or integrated security package are recommended and when purchased installed without charge.
